Nerissa and Alex met while working together for Nerissa’s older sister.  Sparks flew and next thing you know Alex and Nerissa are head over heels for one another!  Their adorable picnic wedding took place at Trinity International University and despite the rain that poured down an hour before the ceremony, nothing could put a damper on this beautiful day!

Nerissa and Alex chose to see each other before the ceremony….and I just LOVE doing first looks!

Right after the first look we …meaning my partner in crime, Erica Hang of Erica Lynn Photography, and I got some time to shoot the bride and groom all by themselves!

I love having Erica with me because she can always get different angles.  I LOVE this shot she took of the two laying next to each other!

The bride wanted a few shots with these special red shoes that just matched the groom’s shirt perfectly!
