If ever there were a wedding for me to really gush over, it’s this one right here, not just because it’s a gorgeous Oregon destination wedding, but because it’s my little brother’s wedding.  I was so thrilled when they said their wedding would take place in Oregon.  What wedding photographer wouldn’t want to photograph a wedding there?!  I enjoyed every moment of this trip, celebrating with my brother and family.  We of course, had to make a trip out of the event so we spent a day or two visiting and hiking with friends and family.  We also stayed for a few days afterwards to sight see and it left us all with an itch to go back some day and explore more!

It was also such an honor for me to photograph their wedding.  I got to be there for every special moment of the day and it was such a blessing to witness and capture those moments that everyone else didn’t get to necessarily see.  The ceremony and reception took place at the beautiful, Orchard Home Bed and Breakfast in Medford, Oregon.  I’m sure you’ll agree that the scenery at this location was perfect! The entrance to the bed & breakfast was lined with pear trees!  I think anyone would agree that Oregon has some unbelievable scenery but us Midwest folks think it’s out of this world!!  My boys came home asking why Illinois didn’t have any mountains and they can’t wait to go back.
