Joel and Irene are some of the nicest people you could meet but what I love most about these two is their easy going spirit and how comfortable they are with each other.  We had a super chilly day in June here in Chicago for their Olive Park engagement photos but they were such great sports.  As I was shooting their pics, I asked them how they met and how they knew there was something special between the two of them.  Irene said when they got together with friends and were pretty bummed if the other wasn’t there, that’s when they knew there was something stirring between the two!

I’m pretty excited to share these Olive Park engagement photos with you.  Joel and Irene were so patient while I waited for film scans from Photovision to come back but I think it was worth the wait don’t you?
